Charity

Sheffield has a strong sense of community, and our Lodge actively participates in projects that directly benefit our neighbours. Whether it's providing financial assistance to local organisations or volunteering for community projects, we strive to make a positive impact where it matters most.

 

Freemasonry has always been synonymous with charity. Our members dedicate time, effort, and resources to support both local and national initiatives. From providing essential support to those in need to contributing to larger fundraising efforts, we are committed to improving lives.  In the past our members have supported a wide range of charities such as:  St Luke's Hospice Sheffield, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, British Heart Foundation, Army Benevolent Fund amongst others.

Beyond Sheffield, Freemasons contribute to national and global Masonic charities that address critical needs, such as disaster relief, medical research, and educational initiatives.  We are nationally one of the largest charities in the United Kingdom.
